A State-of-the-Art Memory Care Residence

The “Suites” at Silvergate Fallbrook will be a dedicated, state-of-the-art memory care residence for those with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. For over ten years, Silvergate has been San Diego’s leading memory care provider at its other property in San Marcos. Now, we are bringing that expertise to Silvergate Fallbrook and proving a “continuum of care” offering a complete range of independent, assisted living and memory care services to the community.

Independent Living within a Safe, Secure Environment

The Suites will allow couples to stay together at Silvergate even when one spouse requires memory care support. Silvergate Suites provides a safe, secure and warm environment with a full-time nursing staff and round the clock caregivers. The unique design of the residence provides a warm home-like setting that consists of an intimate cluster of bedrooms surrounding a living and dining area.

Adjacent to the living areas, large activity rooms provide the ideal setting for our specially trained caregivers to conduct daily activity programs specifically designed for those residents with cognitive impairment and memory loss.

The new facility will be a welcome addition to the campus at Silvergate Fallbrook, which currently provides independent living and assisted living services. Construction is scheduled to be completed this summer, with its doors scheduled to open to the public in the fall of 2012. Memory care support has emerged recently as a new service in the senior living industry; primarily in response to the growing demand for services dedicated to serving people suffering from Alzheimers and related diseases. The $3.5 million project will provide the largest memory care facility in Fallbrook, with 16 new apartments and 24 beds.
